Digital products

Because PolyField is digital software and licence keys are delivered immediately, all sales through Lemon Squeezy are final. We don't offer refunds once a licence has been issued.

Exceptional circumstances

If a technical defect stops the software working as described, email us at support@polyfield.co.uk within 60 days. Lemon Squeezy processes any refunds PolyField approves.
